Vantage Legal Launches AI Contract Review Platform for In-House Counsel

CHICAGO, Illinois, April 10, 2026 /Pitchwire/ /Pitchwire/ — Vantage Legal today announced the launch of its AI-powered contract review platform, designed to help in-house legal teams review, redline, and negotiate commercial contracts up to 10x faster than traditional manual review.

The platform uses a proprietary large language model fine-tuned on over 2 million commercial contracts to identify non-standard clauses, flag risk areas, and suggest alternative language based on the customer's own playbook and precedent library.

"In-house counsel are drowning in contract volume. The average mid-market company processes 2,000–5,000 contracts per year, and every one of them needs human review," said Daniel Okafor, CEO of Vantage Legal. "Our platform doesn't replace lawyers — it gives them a first pass that catches 95% of the issues, so they can focus their expertise on the 5% that actually requires judgment."

Key capabilities include automated redlining against company-specific playbooks, clause-by-clause risk scoring, obligation extraction and calendar integration, and version comparison across multiple draft rounds.

Vantage Legal is SOC 2 Type II certified and processes all data within the customer's cloud tenant — no contract text is stored on Vantage's infrastructure or used for model training.

Pricing starts at $2,500/month for teams of up to 5 users, with volume discounts for larger legal departments.
